Admission Procedure

  • Admission process for classes Pre-Primary to IX and XI- listed below : 1.Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (Photocopy & self attested ) 2. Aadhar Card / Unique Identity Card of Parents and Student (Photocopy & self attested ) 3. Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. 4. The progress report of the child indicating his/her academic performance and participation in co-curricular activities in the school last attended. (Photocopy & self attested ) 5.Admission criteria as per the CBSE Norms.

  • 1. Any cheque returned by the bank will be treated under the category of non-payment of fees.
    2. In case of any doubt regarding the payment of dues, parents are advised to make the payments first and ask for refund later.
    3. Parents should kindly keep the receipts issued by the school in safe custody and produce these to the school in proof of the payments made, if required.
    4. Parents are required to submit an application for the refund of caution money. The caution money is refundable in full only after settlement of all dues.
    5. No refund of caution money is made during summer and winter vacation.
    6. In case of any refund or extra charges levied by the school, parents should kindly contact the school.
    7. Once a child has taken admission, no claim for the refund of one time charges (other than caution money) will be entertained. However, for the other fee.
    8. Fee is payable for the full year in 4 installments.
    9. In case the student doesn't pay the fee during the specified time, late fee would be charged.
